4 Election of Responsible Officers:

•       i)   To elect three Councillors to examine the Council’s Accounts every 6 months

•       ii)  To elect four Councillors as signatories, for Cheques and Banking documents

•       iii) To elect/co-opt the Legal Advisory Group

•       iv) To elect a Trustee to serve on the Village Hall Committee

•       v)  To elect/co-opt a Footpaths Group

•       vi) To elect a Governor of Berkswich Primary School
